My husband and I joke about our 29 levels of incompatibility, but it’s no laughing matter. We were so out of sync that our differences almost sunk us! In this talk, I discuss the symptoms of an out-of-sync marriage and some simple steps to help women sync (and not sink) their marriages.
Building Your Family While Pursuing Your Dreams
Can you have it all? Managing priorities without guilt can be challenging. In this talk, I help women who are wrestling with managing the day-to-day needs of family life while building a ministry, business, or career. I help them create a blueprint for a guilt-free balance between these two very important roles.

For Writers
Preparing for a Christian Writers Conference
This workshop is for writers attending a major conference. I prefer to teach this at least 10 weeks before the major conference to give writers time to implement what they learn. I help writers prepare their pitches and one sheets and create a plan to get the most out of their conference experience.
Writing Groups
Every writer needs productive feedback and a safe place to hone their writing skills. In this workshop, I help writers discover what they need from other writers and how to find or form a group that meets those needs.
10 Steps for Beginning Writers
Every writer starts at the beginning. I’ve coached dozens of new writers through the start of their writing ministries. In this workshop, I introduce the basics of Christian writing and provide writers with the tools they need to get started.
